Hola amigos de actifit y #HIVE, Soy Jesús Ramírez, (@jesus1sw) este es mi primer reporte en actifit, con un pequeño set de entrenamiento que grabé el día de ayer, Fue un día muy productivo ya que salí a grabar con mi compañero @manuelramos,e hicimos varias grabaciones para publicar en nuestro blog, Nunca imaginé llegar a 5000 pasos la verdad me sorprendí un poco ya que yo no soy de caminar mucho 😂, pero bueno saldré más a trotar hacer un poco de cardio y así sumar más pasos para reportes futuros aquí en actifit, los dejo con algunas fotos.
Hi friends of actifit and #HIVE, I'm Jesus Ramirez, (@jesus1sw) this is my first report on actifit, with a small training set that I recorded yesterday, It was a very productive day as I went out to record with my partner @manuelramos, and we made several recordings to post on our blog, I never imagined reaching 5000 steps, the truth is I was a little surprised since I'm not much of a walker 😂, but well I'll go out more to jog and do some cardio and thus add more steps for future reports here in actifit, I leave you with some photos.

Buen ser bro. Esas barras de ven geniales. Al igual que tú, no soy de trotar, la verdad el solo hecho de caminar de mi casa al parque y luego de regreso es una caminata.
Fácil me hago 7mil o un poco más de pasos. Siempre aumentando 😂📈
Así es bro 😂, si deberíamos de trotar algún día bro 💪🏻, no es malo hacer cardio de vez en cuando , saludos !
