How to do the 30 minute test.

It is typical to see runners who are completely uncoordinated, tired, who seem like they are going to give something and others as if it were not difficult for them, it is because they have surely done something that others have not and that many people do not do either, that is the test. of 30 minutes.

How do we do it; You are going to warm up very important for about 5 minutes, mobility, joints, dynamic stretches, an easy jog and then you are going to set the stopwatch to zero and you are going to start running for 30 minutes at 170 - 175 pulses of intensity, when you finish those 30 minutes you stop the stopwatch and see how far it has traveled and simply do a division.

For example, if you have traveled about 5 km in those 30 minutes, you divide 30 / 5 and it will give you that your threshold pace is 6 minutes per kilometer, that is your threshold, it is your reference. And from there you will be able to plan all your workouts and follow me to continue learning about training
