Many times we tend to believe that when we are stressed we need nothing more than to rest, but it is true that physical exercise not only strengthens us at a muscular level and improves our cardiorespiratory system but also helps us reduce stress, since in these circumstances On the one hand, our body raises its temperature and at the same time there is an increase in blood supply to our brain.


And it is thanks to this that physical exercises such as running give us a feeling of having more energy and this is why many people choose to train early in the day, as soon as they get up early in the morning and then have that feeling of more energy. during the rest of the day at work and in the rest of your daily tasks.


This is why people who suffer from anxiety, of course without neglecting the consultation with a professional or any other treatment they are undergoing, can use running as an aid, something that gives them an extra boost to overcome that condition, In most cases, since people leave their sedentary lives and begin to do physical exercise regularly, the results and changes quickly begin to be seen not only on a physical, physiological but also emotional level.

Perhaps the greatest benefit of physical exercise like running is the ability to go on autopilot and disconnect from everything for a while and simply go out and enjoy running.


Finally, it must be mentioned that when faced with anxiety there are people who cling to sports such as running to get out of these conditions and this produces a kind of addiction, we want to go out and run more and more for more days per week and this also has its dangers, of course, it is advisable to do sports with common sense and respect a plan to avoid falling into injuries as a result of overtraining due to trying to do more than we should.
