I think setting smaller goals and upping the ante bit by bits by help to increase how far you can run overtime. Is the weather conditions favorable for running long distances?

True Jose, smaller goals are sustainable and more motivating over time. I will stick to that from now on.
At least this side (UK) the weather is good for running and people run or take walks late. While I was still in South Africa 8h00 was even too late and warmer to run because the sun would be out already.
Yesterday was even cold here, I had to put on a sweat jacket to sweat but my fingers were still cold.
Today it's even raining I couldn't go running I just ended up doing skipping jump rope. so it's good I went yesterday.
Thanks for stopping by!🌺
Oh, good to see you've moved to the UK, congratulations. The weather will definitely be friendlier for physical activities. Even with how warm SA might have felt, I tell you, it gets to over 40 degrees Celsius on a moderately hot day in Nigeria. Absolute hell over here.
Thank you!
40 degC is a crazy weather to even take just a random walk. And SA gets really warm, up to 40 degC too especially the Northern part including were I was staying in Pretoria. And we would get frequent heatwaves. It is just that we get quite cold winter to give us a break between May-July.
Keep yourself hydrated!
