Thank you, I guess its just about building tolerance and being careful. For example I just pushed my body to what I felt was a good limit and not beyond. Yesterday I managed 4:40/km without stopping on my 5k. Thanks for the suggestion, I will check it out. probably going to focus a lot more on running after the summer. :)

I like the way you think, pushing to a good limit is a great way to make progress with your training 👍 💪 Heat (or more precisely, being able to cool effectively) is usually the limiting factor on performance. So it could be worth working on running technique, and doing some strength training or cross training until the weather gets a little cooler 😁
