We are out of town, but found a nice little trail to go jogging on. There are dogwoods mixed in for some good scenery to look at. I only went about 3 miles since my race is this weekend. Hopefully, my allergies don't turn into sickness.
We also went and found a crossfit out here. They programmed power clean and jerks at 115#, chest 2 bar pullups, and burpees with some rowing thrown in for good measure.
