I just realized I haven't made my yesterday's activity report. Always appreciating this chance to still be able to do it the next day.
It's just that last night I took melatonin to help me sleep quickly because for two nights my eyes refused to shut until the wee hours and it's affecting me physically and mentally already. Well, it worked 😉.
Because I only had around three hours of sleep the other night I made myself a to-do list so I can efficiently finish my plans yesterday. Something that I really need particularly when I lacked sleep.
My brother said to me the other day while we were on the road not to live with a long to-do list. Only choose top three priorities so that when you managed to do all three that gives you a sense of accomplishment and not frustrations when you list more than three and can only finish a few. Seeing the unfinished tasks could give us a negative effect on our mental and emotional well-being, apparently.
Oh well, I listed more than three because I needed to remember all 😅. But, happy that I did all including preparing lessons, working, finishing tasks online, laundry, drawing... because I've been asked to draw my visualization of my dinky box home to-be 😃.
