There's nothing I hate more than exercises I have to do one hand at a time. Like do the workout for the right hand, then do the same thing for the left hand. I hate that shiiit! It's so boring and excruciating to me, and all these years of working out hasn't given me the discipline required.
But that's because I really don't see the need as I'd always feel why do one hand at a time when I enjoy workouts that do two hands at a time more?
From consuming bodybuilding science content I've come to find that one hand at a time works best for building muscles, but this doesn't convince me because nothing bears workouts you enjoy more 😀. If you feel miserable while doing a workout then you should be thinking seriously about substituting it, there's no way that is good for your mental health. Bodybuilding science says so too 😀.
