Ignoring the legs also known in popular parlance as "skipping leg day", is quite common among male bodybuilders, and I think I'm probably being suspected of that by anyone who's been watching because most of the workouts I post are about the upper body and not the legs. 90% at least. LOL.
That's not really the truth, though. The only problem is apart from calf raises and deadlifts I only use machines to work the legs, like the machine in this video. I can't really do squats because I just kinda hate squats, although I'm working on that.
