Hello Actifitters! I walked around the house in the morning. I did a 20-minute cardio workout. After that, I did a shoulder and chest exercises using light weight dumb bell. My wife and I went to government insurance agency to update her membership. Then we went to the school to fetch my son and 2 nephews.
