Sunday was a great day. I woke up feeling like I needed a good stretch and some sun. So, after showering and getting dressed, I headed out to the backyard for some yoga! It was so peaceful and relaxing to be outside in nature.The sun was just peeking over the horizon, and the sky was a beautiful shade of blue. I felt so grateful for this peaceful moment before the day began.
As I started my practice, I felt my body start to relax and get into a comfortable position. I breathed in and out slowly, focusing on my breath and feeling my body move along with it. My mind started to clear as well, and I found myself thinking about all the things that needed to be done today.
I continued practicing for a few minutes longer until my body was completely relaxed and limber. It was such a refreshing way to start the day, and I can’t wait to do it again!
After my workout, it was time for brunch with friends! We ate yummy eggs benedict and enjoyed lively conversation. Later in the day, I met up with my boyfriend for a movie night at our house. We watched The Fault in Our Stars together and had a great time. All in all, Sunday was pretty chill - perfect weather to relax!
I really enjoyed my eggs benedict at the restaurant. The Hollandaise sauce was perfect and the ham was delicious. I also appreciated that they gave me some nice potatoes on the side to compliment the meal.The eggs benedict tasted delicious and the Hollandaise sauce was very well executed. The ham was also quite tasty and added a nice flavor to the dish. I especially enjoyed the potatoes that were served on the side - they were really tasty and went perfectly with the eggs benedict.
