Hello everyone 👋,
TGIF 🍻🍸and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. The weekend is upon us yet again, I have had a great day and it's now time to share it with you including some of the trending stories that caught my eye 👀. As always thank you for stopping by and let's get started 💨.
I did have a short morning session with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. The morning breeze 🍃 was incredible 💯.
Then I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹 and election campaign rallies.
Globally, Biden trending as he continued his trip across the middle east. Meeting Palestinian leader Mohd Abbas and then making history of the direct flight ✈️ from Tel Aviv to Saudi Arabia. Saudi arabia has now changed from pariah state to partner 😹 because of high oil prices. Elsewhere in Ukraine, new cache of weapons arrived to boost the army, the Russians better watch out 😹.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways but subtly up close to 21k. Do keep hodling 💯. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and then headed back home 🏡. Next came the usual nap 💤, I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, the house of representatives has successfully voted on a bill allowing access to abortion 👏.
Unfortunately, it may not go through senate then finally for president's signature 😢. Elsewhere in Baghdad large crowds gathered as Shia cleric Al Sadr asked his supporters to perform mass prayer; some political shenanigans going on there. In crazy weather, high temps in Europe, some sporadic wild fires.
Anyways, as the evening set in I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
