Two Actifit reports today because I forgot to publish yesterday.
Today I also exceeded 10k, so the result is very good. I did an interesting and varied training, the details of which I will describe tomorrow in the report "Be fit Or be Dead". Today I present only a training plan with an elliptical cross trainer. 1 loop lasted about 7 minutes. Today I did 8 such loops, plus the previous half hour of "gymnastics".

Dziś również przekroczyłem 10k, więc wynik jest bardzo dobry.
Zrobiłem ciekawy i urozmaicony trening, którego szczegóły opiszę jutro w raporcie "Be fit Or be Dead". Teraz prezentuję jedynie plan treningowy z orbitreka - 1 loop trwał około 7 minut. Dziś zrobiłem 8 takich loopów, plus wcześniejsze pół godziny "gimnastyki".
