My brother and a sister did some long and hard walking some crazy storm weather this evening. My phone said it was 104 earlier in the day, but it felt like 112.
We were covered in sweat and rain this evening, and the temperatures stayed in the high 90s.
I did some #hivetwitter push-ups to promote hive and I did exercises throughout the day.
