Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve con mi ropa deportiva, mis audífonos para escuchar música mientras realizó mi actividad física y un bolso para llevar mi agua y algunos snacks que me ayudan a recuperar energías después de fiestas finalizar mi actividad.
En este recorrido caminando, pasé de visita al centro comercial Sambil que se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira, Venezuela. Un centro comercial que es muy hermoso y tiene algunas atracciones que llaman la atención, por ejemplo, un tren con la temática de Harry Potter, donde montan niños pequeños y les dan recorridos por todo el centro comercial, algo muy bonito.
Este centro comercial es muy grande y hay muchas cosas por ver, desde tiendas de ropa, hasta tiendas donde vendes cosas para el hogar. Además, hay muchos lugares de comida y en uno de esos lugares pude descansar de mi actividad física y comer un poco para recuperar energías para luego devolverme a mi hogar.
Para concluir, puedo decir que este día ha sido muy entretenido y agradable, mi actividad física fue muy satisfactoria y beneficiosa para mejorar mi resistencia, también pude pasar buenos momentos para mantener mi mente despejada y librarme el estrés cotidiano, sin duda alguna, ha sido un día maravilloso.
As you can see in my photos, I was wearing my workout clothes, headphones to listen to music while I exercised, and a bag to carry my water and some snacks to help me regain energy after the holidays.
On this walking tour, I visited the Sambil shopping center, located in the city of San Cristóbal, Táchira State, Venezuela. It's a very beautiful shopping center with some eye-catching attractions, such as a Harry Potter-themed train that small children ride and are given tours throughout the mall—very nice.
This shopping center is very large, and there are many things to see, from clothing stores to stores that sell household items. There are also many places to eat, and at one of them I was able to take a break from my physical activity and eat a little to regain my energy before returning home.
In conclusion, I can say that this day has been very entertaining and enjoyable. My physical activity was very satisfying and beneficial for improving my endurance. I was also able to have a good time, clearing my mind and getting rid of everyday stress. Without a doubt, it has been a wonderful day.
