According to the Mayo Clinic Health System, by doing some form of regular exercise, as well as taking good care of your blood vessels, among other things, you can promote a healthy function of your brain.
Since doing at least 5,000 steps on a daily basis, or as often as possible, can help you kill two birds with one stone, that is have regular exercise and enjoy healthy blood vessels and blood flow, at the same time, meeting your daily goal of steps will also work its magic on the brain.
