My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2020

오래간만에 제대로 걸어본것같습니다. 평소에도 일만걸음을 목표로 하지만 그냥 걷는거지 운동이란 느낌은 전혀 없었습니다. 아마 어제 저녁 티비에서 생로병사의 비밀을 보지 않았다면 오늘도 그리고 앞으로도 똑같았을겁니다.

이것에 대해 자세히 포스팅 하겠지만 대충 얘기하자면 걷는 폼과 보폭이 중요하다고합니다. 실제로 보폭을 크게 걸으니 단 5분만 걸어도 힘이 들어가는게 느껴졌습니다. 걷는것만으로도 충분히 운동이 되는게 너무 좋네요
