I have been weight lifting for about 2 weeks now. I think its totally expected to say my favorite workout is benching... 😁
I tried increasing the weight I've been lifting by about 15kg 🙈. Turns out, I wasn't ready for it! 🤣 I could barely do 5 reps by my second set!
Well, we work more tomorrow! 💪
