Hey everyone, yesterday I wasn’t feeling motivated to work out at all, but I pushed through and got my session done anyway. I ended up cutting my shoulder exercises short because I wasn’t in a good headspace mentally. Still proud I showed up and prioritized what felt manageable! 💪
