Start with fewer numbers (10!) and from your knees and you will slowly build strength and joint stability if you are patient with yourself. Even standing and leaning on a wall at a friendly angle and doing easy pushups.

Yes, I agree with you, how comfortable it feels, people can do push-ups in any way until the arms get stronger.

I completely agree with you. Once upon a time, I read the advice of a very famous trainer: many people think: you need to go to the gym and work out for several hours. But this is a wrong idea. 10 minutes a day work wonders.
