You don’t need to go to a gym to exercise; you can work out at home. And I’ll show you how. First, we warm up our body. You can run for 10 minutes at a light pace if you want. If you don’t feel like running, you can just warm up your body and start doing push-ups. During the first week, do all push-ups in sets of three with 15 repetitions each. At the beginning, there’s no need to work with weights — let’s start with our own body weight so the body can get used to it. During the first week, your muscles might hurt, but don’t worry — that means your muscles are working. Don’t stop exercising because of pain!

If you have difficulty doing push-ups, you can do it by putting your knees on the ground, you can do push-ups like this until your body gets used to it, 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

It is amazing how even 10 minutes of exercise can change everything for anyone. Young or old, athletic or otherwise.

For example, I stay active but got out of calisthenics for other activities and workouts. For fun, at work we decided to see if we could do 100 pushups a day for a month. That is a little crazy we found as your chest and shoulders don't have the chance to recover but it started a new habit of 30 squats and 20 pushups every day before coffee for me. Almost negligible amount of time spent and even getting the blood flowing in the morning makes a huge difference.

Everyone can make a huge difference in 100 days!

If a person does something he wants, let him say that only I will do this, I will succeed in this, he cannot stand in front of any obstacle. Wonders can be created in 100 days, do sports, stay healthy.

My arms need strengthening. I have a problem. My shoulder joint hurts from time to time. I did push-ups from the floor. But the pain flared up again. You have given me hope. Start with fewer numbers (10!) and from your knees and you will slowly build strength and joint stability if you are patient with yourself. Even standing and leaning on a wall at a friendly angle and doing easy pushups.

I completely agree with you. Once upon a time, I read the advice of a very famous trainer: many people think: you need to go to the gym and work out for several hours. But this is a wrong idea. 10 minutes a day work wonders.
