Hola amigos || Hello friends
Querida comunidad Querida comunidad de Hive, este es uno de los proyectos el cual deseaba poner en marcha luego de un tiempo fuera de servicio. Cuando inicié este proyecto tenia muchas expectativas, algunas siguen hasta hoy; otras, solo se fueron esfumando por la falta de apoyo a este pequeño y sincero proyecto. Pero mi idea siempre a sido y será, hacer de esta casa la más cómoda y amigable para todos y en especial a los músicos. Debido a que un de las demandas más grandes que tiene una blockchain, es la música. Pero a lo largo del tiempo he observado que muchos en la comunidad la han abandonado; posiblemente debido a la poca apreciación que tuvieron. Hoy, muchos están de vuelta y como dicen por ahí ¨buscando una segunda oportunidad¨, yo quiero que esa segunda oportunidad logre llegar a ellos. Y por esa razón he tomado la decisión de retomar esta iniciativa la cual llame ¨Music in the Hive¨
Dear Hive community, this is one of the projects I wanted to start after some time out of service. When I started this project I had a lot of expectations, some of them continue until today; others just faded away because of the lack of support to this small and sincere project. But my idea has always been and will always be, to make this house the most comfortable and friendly for everyone and especially for the musicians. Because one of the biggest demands that a blockchain has, is music. But over time I have noticed that many in the community have abandoned it; possibly due to the little appreciation they had. Today, many are back and as they say ¨looking for a second chance¨, I want that second chance to reach them. And for that reason I have taken the decision to resume this initiative which I call ¨Music in the Hive¨.
Hace un tiempo gané un concurso musical llamado Sonic Groove Live y parte de la premiación fue una delegación de Sp la cual utilice para dar un poco más de valor al trabajo que realizaban los músicos. Y aunque fue poco lo que pude hacer, fue un trabajo del cual me siento orgulloso.
Esta propuesta se basa en apoyar el talento musical de la plataforma. Cada semana habrán cinco seleccionados. Sí, por ahora solo cinco(5) seleccionados. Eso irá cambiando a medida que vayamos obteniendo mejores resultados, es decir que va a depender del apoyo que reciba por parte de ustedes como curadores de la comunidad. Esta propuesta no seria nada sin su apoyo.
Some time ago I won a music contest called Sonic Groove Live and part of the award was a delegation from Sp which I used to give a little more value to the work done by the musicians. And although there was little I could do, it was a job I am proud of.
This proposal is based on supporting the musical talent of the platform. Each week there will be five selected. Yes, for now only five(5) selected. That will change as we get better results, that is to say, it will depend on the support it receives from you as curators of the community. This proposal would be nothing without your support.
¿Como funcionara esta iniciativa? - How will this initiative work?
Cada semana iré seleccionando a cinco músicos, sus trabajos serán expuestos en una publicación a manera de reporte de curación y ellos serán beneficiados con la recompensa que genere la publicación. Es aquí donde deben destacarse los curadores. Ya que toda la recompensa liquida (en Hive o HBD) generada, será repartida a los músicos seleccionados de la semana. Y de esa forma seguir apoyando el trabajo de cada músico e incentivándolos a seguir creando contenido de calidad y compartiendo su talento con toda la comunidad. Aquí quisiera nombrar algunos proyectos con los que me gustaría poder contar y de esa forma seguir brindando más y más a la familia musical de HIVE: @music-community, @ocd, @cervantes, @curie, @laradio, @minnowsupport y @threespeak. Como dije anteriormente, se trata de dar más a la comunidad no de enriquecerme, así que espero poder contar con su apoyo ¡Podemos hacerlo!
Each week I will select five musicians, their work will be exhibited in a publication as a curation report and they will benefit from the reward generated by the publication. This is where the curators must stand out. Since all the liquid reward (in Hive or HBD) generated will be distributed to the selected musicians of the week. And thus continue to support the work of each musician and encourage them to continue creating quality content and sharing their talent with the entire community. Here I would like to name some projects that I would like to be able to count on and in that way keep giving more and more to the HIVE music family: @music-community, @ocd, @cervantes, @curie, @laradio, @minnowsupport and @threespeak. As I said before, it's about giving more to the community, not about enriching myself, so I hope I can count on your support.
Simultáneamente también serán apoyados por la familia de @laradio ¿Cómo? Muy simple, @laradio es la radio más reconocida por su impecable trabajo y dedicación. Así han logrado ser, la más importante de la blockchain. Además, es la primogénita. El apoyo de ellos será colocar el material de los músicos seleccionados en su playlist musical. De esa manera estarán difundiendo su música, su trabajo y su talento. Agradezco el apoyo de @avellana y @oscarps que se han motivado para apoyar esta gran iniciativa.
Simultaneously they will also be supported by the family of @laradio. How? Very simply, @laradio is the radio most recognized for its impeccable work and dedication. This is how they have managed to become, the most important of the blockchain. Besides, it's the firstborn. Their support will be to place the material of the selected musicians in their musical playlist. That way they will be spreading their music, their work and their talent. I thank the support of @avellana and @drakernoise who have been motivated to support this great initiative.
Estoy seguro que juntos podremos hacer de este nuevo retorno, algo maravilloso para muchos. Les aseguro que seguiré intentando que ¨Music in the Hive¨ sea parte importante para la gran familia musical que aquí habita. Por los momentos pido todo el apoyo de ustedes, los artistas y los curadores, para poder llegar a cada rincón de la colmena y poder juntos, conseguir el mejor de los resultados. Seria agradable poder cumplir con este objetivo que tengo y poder de esa forma seguir aportando lo mejor para todos.
I am sure that together we will be able to make this new return something wonderful for many. I assure you that I will continue trying to make ¨Music in the Hive¨ an important part of the great musical family that lives here. For the moment I ask for all the support of you, the artists and the curators, to be able to reach every corner of the hive and to be able together, to achieve the best of the results. It would be nice to be able to fulfill this objective that I have and to be able in this way to continue contributing the best for all.
¿Hay algún requisito para participar? - Are there any requirements to participate?
Hasta ahora no habrá ningún requisito obligatorio. Solo los invito a seguir creando y compartiendo su talento con todo nosotros. Y a medida que vayamos creciendo, irán cambiando algunas ideas para seguir afinando esta gran iniciativa.
So far there will be no mandatory requirements. I just invite you to continue creating and sharing your talent with all of us. And as we grow, some ideas will change to continue to refine this great initiative.
As I mentioned above, I would like to fulfill this beautiful goal which is intended for all musicians who make life in Hive. When we are part of a family, we try to help each other. And as part of that family, here is my contribution to it.
El primer reporte de curación y recompensa, sera presentado el lunes once(29) de marzo que por cierto, día de mi cumpleaños ja,ja,ja... Así que mano a la obra chicos! Que la música no debe parar de sonar...
