sometimes the musician is flogged with the strict requests that are presented to him. It is something sometimes inconceivable, in fact there should not be oppression in music, although some good works have been brought to light thanks to these movements, but, music is expression in all its senses, and if one day I do not feel happy, but on the contrary I have an incessant desire to cry, or to scream, also to eat, haha why not. In conclusion, the technique only serves to make it easier for us to express ourselves, but it does not control the feeling itself.

What a nice observation. Music is a way of expression, indeed, and the technique is the tool how to make happen that expression. In fact, the greatest composers considered the technique as a part of that intellectual work... it can not be just drilling, it is an essential part of achieving the musical (or any other art) expression.
