Not sure what you mean with this site being 'Fishy', in relation to having others to receive payout versus not. HIVE doesn't show the number of views. Double posting is considered spam, so be careful, HIVEwatchers doesn't like spamming. All in all I can tell you, HIVE is much less 'Fishy' then the chain you referred to 'Steem'.
