Pero, ¿De que me sirve preocuparme?, con esta pregunta inicia una de mis canciones favoritas, una pregunta que puede parecer sencilla pero que es difícil de responder cuando tenemos tantas responsabilidades a cargo. No para todo el mundo es fácil soltarse de las preocupaciones y esperar que la vida responda a su favor, sin embargo si que podemos soltar aquellas situaciones que se escapan de nuestras manos y vivir un poco más tranquilos.
Thinking about the future often becomes a trap that does not allow us to enjoy the present, we are so absorbed in the idea of achieving our desires that we are not able to see that now is the only thing we have. We let worries occupy our energies, letting ourselves be carried away by what will happen tomorrow.
But what's the use of worrying, with this question begins one of my favorite songs, a question that may seem simple but is difficult to answer when we have so many responsibilities to take care of. It is not easy for everyone to let go of worries and wait for life to respond in their favor, however we can let go of those situations that are out of our hands and live a little calmer.

La canción "Somos Instantes" de Caloncho, a demás de ser hermosa, no es más que una invitación a disfrutar de nuestras vidas de manera consciente, a dejar el afán que nos trae el dia a dia y a empezar a agradecer lo que tenemos, lo que somos hoy, en el presente. Nos recuerda que la vida es solo una y no vale la pena perder nuestros mejores años enfrascados en pensamientos sobre los que nos deparará el futuro, porque a demás es probable que no ocurran tal cual como lo esperamos.
Ya de por si las canciones de Caloncho siempre me han parecido sublimes, pero está en particular, me genera calma real, me permite analizar sobre mi vida y lo que estoy haciendo con ella, me permite encontrar refugio en saber que somos fugases en este mundo y que nuestra única preocupación debe ser vivir en tranquilidad, intentando ser felices en este ratito que Dios nos permitió estar acá.
The song "Somos Instantes" by Caloncho, besides being beautiful, is nothing more than an invitation to enjoy our lives in a conscious way, to leave the anxiety that day to day life brings us and to begin to be grateful for what we have, for what we are today, in the present. It reminds us that there is only one life and it is not worth wasting our best years in thoughts about what the future will bring, because it is likely that they will not happen as we expect.
Caloncho's songs have always seemed sublime to me, but this one in particular, generates real calm, allows me to analyze my life and what I'm doing with it, allows me to find refuge in knowing that we are fugases in this world and that our only concern should be to live in tranquility, trying to be happy in this little while that God allowed us to be here.

No hay tiempo que perder en malos sentimientos, el egoísmo, la envidia, los celos, la tristeza e incluso la melancolía que a veces se disfraza de bondad, son las cosas que no nos dejan avanzar como persona y por ende no nos deja encontrar estabilidad en nuestro interior para lograr ser uno con nuestra energía, alma y personalidad.
Creo que es una buena canción para comenzar el año con buena actitud, con armonía, descansados de las agonías que nosotros mismos a veces nos creamos. Hoy Lunes 8 de enero de 2024, se las regalo para que la incluyan en su lista de preferidos y la escuchen durante lo que resta de año.
There is no time to waste in bad feelings, selfishness, envy, jealousy, sadness and even melancholy that sometimes disguises itself as kindness, are the things that do not let us move forward as a person and therefore does not let us find stability within ourselves to become one with our energy, soul and personality.
I think it is a good song to start the year with a good attitude, with harmony, rested from the agonies that we sometimes create for ourselves. Today, Monday January 8, 2024, I give it to you as a gift so that you can include it in your favorites list and listen to it during the rest of the year.
