Muchas veces nos preocupamos por cosas que no podemos controlar, nos inquietamos por el futuro, por las cosas que hemos dejado de hacer. Fijamos nuestra atención en las cosas materiales y en cosas triviales, y no nos ocupamos de las cosas más importantes de la vida. Siempre he pensado que esto es como el hombre que comienza a construir un edificio y cuando finaliza, se da cuenta de que ha perdido su tiempo y que el resultado no es lo que esperaba. Creo que la solución es preocuparnos por las cosas que podemos controlar, como por ejemplo hacer las cosas que amamos. Cuando hacemos lo que nos gusta, no tenemos que mirar en retrospectiva y decir que hemos perdido nuestro tiempo y que hicimos todo lo que soñamos. Nunca se es tarde para hacer realidad nuestros sueños, se requiere fe en nosotros mismos, esfuerzo y visión. Una canción de Stevie Wonder que se titula «Don’t You Worry ’bout a Thing» nos presenta una propuesta de llevar las cosas con sosiego y con esperanza. Este tema es de género Latin Soul y es parte del álbum Innervisions de 1973. Tienen que escuchar la versión de Tori Kelly en la pelicula musical Sing: ¡ven y canta!, cuando la vi por primera vez quede encantado. Una elefante llamada Meena canta la canción.
Many times we worry about things that we cannot control, we worry about the future, about the things we have stopped doing. We focus on material and trivial things and do not take care of the most important things in life. I have always thought that this is like the man who begins to build a building and when he finishes, he realizes that he has wasted his time and that the result is not what he expected. I think the solution is to worry about the things we can control, like doing the things we love. When we do what we love, we don't have to look back and say that we have wasted our time and did everything we dreamed of. It is never too late to make our dreams come true, it focus on material and vision. A song by Stevie Wonder entitled “Don’t You Worry ’bout a Thing” presents us with a proposal to carry things calmly and with hope. This theme is of the Latin Soul genre and is part of the 1973 album innervisions. You have to listen to Tori Kelly's version in the musical movie Sing: come and sing!, when I saw it for the first time I was enchanted. An elephant named Meena sings the song.
