‘‘Conociendo el ecosistema’’
EnfocArt ha expandidos sus alas y ha decidido desarrollar sus secciones para ser de aporte dentro del ecosistema y fuera de este. Una de las metas de esta nueva etapa del proyecto abarca un enfoque que consideramos importante y de gran relevancia a la web, que es la inclusión de más personas interesadas en ser participe del mundo de Hive y que necesitan una guía en sus primeros pasos, por tal motivo queremos presentarles el primer episodio de Conociendo el Ecosistema, con el grupo A1.
Esta sección abarcará (3) clases de presentación sobre Hive y los primeros pasos en el ecosistema. Queremos recalcar que esto consiste en ayudar a nuevas personas a adentrarse en la comunidad, guiarlos hasta sus presentaciones y resolver sus dudas.
La primera clase fue realizada el pasado 13 de julio en la ciudad de La Victoria - Edo Aragua. El grupo estuvo inmerso en una oratoria de presentación sobre Hive, dónde dimos enfoques específicos que les serán de ayuda en los primeros pasos a recorrer. A su vez respondimos la variedad de dudas que se le presentaron al ser nuevos en el ecosistema.
La reciprocidad entre la información dada y la compresión de los temas por parte del oyente es importante en este punto, ya que existen diferentes tipos de personas y queremos llegar hasta los más temerosos, sin que tengan dificultades en expresar sus dudas. Por ese motivo hemos decidido trabajar en grupos pequeños para estar al alcance de todos, estos serán divididos en grupo A, B y C, con una numeración al lado según la tanda a la que corresponden.
Eso significa que en este primer episodio estaremos trabajando con el grupo A1, que lo conforman una cantidad de ocho personas que pertenecen al estado Aragua y tienen diferentes especialidades, experiencias y hobbies que aportar al ecosistema.
El grupo A1 fue bastante amigable y divertido, se incluyeron con facilidad en la variedad de temas alcanzados y estuvieron atentos en todo momento para presentar sus dudas. El equipo EnfocArt organizó una lista de temas a abordar para que no tuvieran desvíos aleatorios durante la reunión, estas fueron escritas desde un punto externo al ser primerizos en la web, queremos presentarles una lista de ello:

Todos estos temas que catalogamos como los principales son las primeras preguntas o información que los nuevos hivers quieren comprender al comenzar a trabajar en sus proyectos dentro de Hive. La verdad, creemos que el grupo A1 estuvo bastante atento a todo ello y lograron comprender en totalidad lo expresado, sin embargo, siempre dejamos en claro que cuando ellos mismos colocan el empeño en aprender van a mejorar como hivers.
Gracias a la alianza que hemos hecho con los proyectos de HiveArte🎨 y Soundmusic🎼, quienes nos ayudarán con la creación de cuentas a los nuevos, pudimos dejar dos tareas específicas e importantes para que llevaran a casa y trabajaran en ello hasta el próximo episodio, estas fueron:

| 1) Idear su nombre de usuario: creemos en la importancia de crear un nombre que represente el contenido de su blog dentro del ecosistema y que les de una identidad para sus nichos. Esto se convertirá en su marca personal. |
| 2) Escribir su post de presentación: este es el primer paso, y le daremos tips e ideas de cómo presentarse a la comunidad. |
La libertad de que ellos hagan sus elecciones permitirá darles forma y confianza a su trabajo dentro del ecosistema. Además, les instamos a familiarizarse dentro de las comunidades que les llamen la atención, haciendo aclaración de que siempre deben leer las presentaciones y estar atentos a las reglas que cada uno tiene. También comentamos y fomentamos que el contenido hecho con esfuerzo y calidad será lo que los impulsará en Hive, y que sus primeros pasos pueden ser difíciles, pero deben ser perseverantes.

‘‘Knowing the ecosystem’’
EnfocArt has expanded its wings and has decided to develop its sections to be a contribution within the ecosystem and outside of it. One of the goals of this new stage of the project encompasses an approach that we consider important and highly relevant to the web, which is the inclusion of more people interested in participating in the world of Hive and who need guidance in their first steps, for For this reason we want to present the first episode of Knowing the Ecosystem, with the A1 group.
This section will cover (3) introductory classes on Hive and getting started in the ecosystem. We want to emphasize that this consists of helping new people to enter the community, guiding them to their presentations and answering their questions.
The first class was held on July 13 in the city of La Victoria - Edo Aragua. The group was immersed in a presentation speech about Hive, where we gave specific approaches that will help them in the first steps to take. At the same time, we answered the variety of doubts that were presented to them as they were new to the ecosystem.
The reciprocity between the information given and the understanding of the topics by the listener is important at this point, since there are different types of people and we want to reach the most fearful, without having difficulties expressing their doubts. For this reason we have decided to work in small groups to be within everyone's reach, these will be divided into groups A, B and C, with a number next to them according to the batch to which they correspond.
That means that in this first episode we will be working with the A1 group, which is made up of a number of eight people who belong to the state of Aragua and have different specialties, experiences and hobbies to contribute to the ecosystem.
The A1 group was quite friendly and fun, they easily included themselves in the variety of topics covered and were attentive at all times to present their doubts. The EnfocArt team organized a list of topics to address so that they would not have random deviations during the meeting, these were written from an external point as they were new to the web, we want to present a list of them:

All of these topics that we classify as the main ones are the first questions or information that new hivers want to understand when starting to work on their projects within Hive. The truth is, we believe that the A1 group was quite attentive to all of this and managed to fully understand what was expressed, however, we always make it clear that when they themselves make an effort to learn, they will improve as hivers.
Thanks to the alliance we have made with the HiveArte🎨 and Soundmusic🎼 projects, who will help us with the creation of new accounts, we were able to leave two specific and important tasks for them to take home and work on until the next episode, these were:

The freedom for them to make their choices will allow them to shape and trust their work within the ecosystem. In addition, we urge you to familiarize yourself within the communities that appeal to you, making it clear that you should always read the submissions and be aware of the rules that each one has. We also discuss and encourage that hard-working, quality content will drive them forward in Hive, and that their first steps can be difficult, but they must be persevering.
