Peace is what I think a simple minimalist lift is about, peace of mind and environmental peace too. Living a minimalist like means keeping only the things that truly matters, what I truly need and keeping my space breathable. It also means getting rid of anything that would drain my energy.

A simple minimalist life includes good food, meaningful conversations, nature walks, enjoying natural products like the fruits and vegetables. Chaos, unnecessary drama and the urge to keep up with others is what is absent.

Living a simple life reminds me that happiness doesn't come from having excessive material possessions but by being content with what we have.
And it is said that where a person's treasure is is also where his heart will be, so if there are too many treasures it becomes difficult for him to focus and he ends up being distracted. Also it's difficult to keep up with everything he owns, the miantainance for them all and everything else.

The best part of living a simple life is how light it feels, fewer think clean, fewer distractions and more mental space to create and just be me.
If there's anything, I can confidently say that chaos is absent, the need to compete and that pressure to have more are all absent.

And I think there's enough gratitude, I'm grateful for what I have everyday and I'm happy to be privileged to have them and I also try to take care of them and repurpose old or seemingly damaged stuff. And I also think there's balance.

In the stillness of the evening, I love to watch the sky change colors, the calmness hum of life is a gentle reminder that simplicity is it's own kind of wealth.

So yeah, minimalism is about enoughness. Not emptiness, and not doing too much.
Embracing minimalism in its own is a blessing because we see how quickly it transforms our lives, the chaos, the clutter, the unnecessary weights are way lesser for a minimalist and there is a deep sense of joy that comes from being content and only keeping what is truly important.

Such a peaceful and meaningful post! I love how you described minimalism as “enoughness” it truly reminds us that joy comes from simplicity and gratitude.

The older I get the less and less material possessions I have or even want. I have been a KISS fan for years and then I applied it to what I possess too!
