One hour in the forest (visual story of 17 photos)

This summer has been hot and dry like never before. It hasn't rained for over 2 months. The mycelium dried up, the berries had nothing to drink, everyone suffered.

Once again, I was going to rummage through my forest beds of chanterelles. There are reserved places with grass, birches and the necessary mycelium. Not a lot, but I always got it for a roast.

The day was overcast, the grass a little wet after the dew, and I boldly entered my forest.

This is a dried up stream. There used to be enough water here.

I managed to find some foxes. Apparently they had enough dew and daytime shade.

And here the incredible happened. It all happened very quickly. At first, some strange noise began to approach. It turned out to be a gusty wind. And then the noise changed pitch and I realized that a wall of rain was approaching me. It really was a wall.

There was absolutely nowhere to hide, the spruce under which I sat down got wet in a couple of minutes along with me. And it was a mile and a half to run to the car. The only thing that bothered me was the camera. Everything else was just soaking wet. But I did take a few shots from under the body. Yes, my back was the umbrella for the camera.

The stream is the same, but now it is raining and I run to the car.
And after a few minutes ... the rain suddenly stopped.

Drops of water were still falling from the trees, but the sky suddenly cleared up, the clouds parted and the sun even managed to peek out several times. I also caught him.

Everything you see in these photos happened literally within an hour. I didn't even crop the photos to show you as much visual information as possible.
