Greetings friends who love photography, I wish you an excellent weekend in family togetherness, today I share my visit to the garden where in the company of my nieces we could observe that the corn plants already have fruits, in a short time the harvest will be ready and we are planning to prepare delicious typical dishes with this crop.

Saludos amigos amantes de la fotografía, les deseo un excelente fin de semana en unión familiar, hoy comparto mi visita al jardín donde en compañía de mis sobrinas pudimos observar que las plantas de maíz ya tienen frutos, en poco tiempo se dará la cosecha y estamos planeando preparar deliciosos platillos típicos con este cultivo.
Corn is one of the vegetables with the highest demand and consumption in the country, several companies process it and make the famous corn flour with which the Arepas are prepared, also these can be made by grinding the corn at home once parboiled; besides the arepas are also prepared cachapas, buns, custard, roasted or parboiled corn to which margarine is added and it is a delicious snack; cultivating the land is a great blessing.
El maíz es uno de los vegetales con mayor demanda y consumo en el país, varias empresas lo procesan y elaboran la famosa Harina de maíz con la que se preparan las Arepas, también estas se pueden hacer moliendo el maíz en casa una vez sancochado; además de las arepas también se preparan cachapas, bollo, natilla, maíz asado o sancochado al cual se le agrega margarina y es un delicioso snack; cultivar la tierra es una gran bendición.
