Sometimes the "oh no now it's loud" happens at the library though. And that is not OK. Help!

Yeah, it isn't always smol hoomans being loud.
Nope. And personally I find the loudness of smol humans considerably less offensive than that of the large ones. (That's not to say I don't get annoyed...)
