Before you jump to conclusions, I'm not going to write about "These Weirdos". Others are the weirdos this time, but more about that later.
Today I'm going to write about the beauty of autumn as the weather is still good, so I can still enjoy taking some photos of hat's left of the beauty of nature.
This is the scene you can see these days. This is autumn on a good, sunny day and I love it. It's like nature preparing for the well deserved break.
Leaves are falling all over, sometimes you can find them stuck in strange places, like this gate.
When the sky is clear, you can get some nice colors, like in this photo. Yellow, green against the blue sky.
I've been watching the trees of this nice walkway turn yellow.
Spending time there is a pure joy.
Right now these leaves are green and yellow, pretty soon all the leaves will be yellow, then comes the sad part, when there will be no leaves. That's the time when I can photograph the branches, that grow in every direction.
Today I stopped at a fence that had some lovely leaves and was trying to take some photos. Cars were passing by as it was near the road but I was focusing on the task in hand. As I wasn't alone, the person I was with told me that drivers were looking at me, trying to figure out what I was doing.
Yes, I was the weirdo today (and every single day I guess) because I stopped and tried to take some photos. People these days are so preoccupied of everything that they can't hear or see. I used to be one of them, walking blind and always thinking of how to solve things. Then I registered to Hive, that changed my life.
There are so many good photographers on the platform, that's no shortage of them. You can learn a lot just by browsing through the current posts. Er have professional photographers with adequate gear and there are those (like me) shooting with their mobile phone. This is perfectly fine as nowadays mobile phone cameras are of decent quality, so if you know how to navigate through settings, you can work miracles.
The huge advantage of Hive is that you can post whatever you want. You can choose the topic of your photographs, let your imagination free and post what you want. I remember how many good photographers I met and how many new things I've been able to learn from them and I'm still learning as learning is for life.
These leaves were on the window of a car. I like them but too bad the car was dirty.
So am I the weirdo for taking photos of this beauty? Look at those colorful leaves. 😍
And this was on the ground. Like a colorful, autumn carpet.

Autumn is my favorite season. I love the colors of autumn! The colors of the leaves will soon change here where I live too so I'm also looking forward to it.

Yes, unfortunately but it's nature, that's how it should be. Also snow is needed as after the drought, the soil needs water. Otherwise next year is going to be a disaster.

Before I really like winter because there's snow but I realized I don't like much snow everyday. Hard to move, and I kept on sliding and falling.

You are not alone, Miss @erikah. Nowadays, more and more people look weird. I was once stopped by someone who objected to having a picture of his car in my photo. He thought I was a spy. He said that if I was a photographer, I should bring a big camera.
The fun of taking pictures in public places can sometimes seem strange. !LOL
The leaves scattered on the ground are really like colorful fall rugs. I saw it over and over again.
Photographing cars is a bit tricky as it's private property. I don't like to do that and when I took these photos I was hoping the owner was not around to see me. The car was in the parking lot, so I thought i can get away with it and I did.
This is 2022, he should have realized that.

I can relate to these. Because of hive I get to appreciate more the things around me. The beauty of it and being more aware of what's going on around me. Yeah maybe I am a weirdo too though I tried hard not to be noticed when I took pictures. 😆
Maybe if I get to experience autumn I won't mind if people see me as weirdo or crazy. I will use up all my phone's memory for this. 😁

I love these leaves of autumn so much. There are leaves of every color and they are everywhere. If photographing these beauties is weird, then yes, I am a weirdo.
My favorite is the last one because it's exactly as you said, like a colorful carpet. I love it.
Then we have a lot in common as I love that too. Last year I took a similar photo at the same place and said in my post that I'd love a carpet like that. However I don't know how it would loom in the room at it must be matched with furniture as well.

I won't close the idea that I never yet experience autumn. Soon enough I will also witnessed it within my own eyes, hehe. Indeed the nature will rest for a little bit, as how excited I was to see the real autumn within my eyes, surely the blooming season will be more facinating. Watching the leaves grows back.

You have managed to gather so many different colours, lightyeallow, dark yellow, red and some of dry ones are brown. If you remember in one of my comments in the past when I mentioned that we have such piles of dry leaves on the ground and that I sometimes love to kick them around. You said that the leaves in the place you live are cleaned up quickly. Luckily you have found a place with many, many, many leaves. Have you had a will to walk through those leaves?
Autumn colours are the most beautiful ones for photography. My favorite shots are the last couple ones: the fallen leaves. Every single leaf has a different tone of light brownish - orangish ! Thank you for sharing and stay..weirdo!
