Oh damn, I would not survive carb-free. I have experimented with breads made with less than 50% wheat, but it is not the same. Freshly baked breads are something else! Plus, the kitchen smells so good. Good luck with the carb-free! I am back in Gauteng for a while, but will let you know when I am back in the Cape!
