RE: Breadscapes (Or Bread Landscapes)

Thank you so much! Sourdough baking is a three-day process, so you need a lot of time! Need to structure life a bit more streamline to make time haha. But that is no excuse! Thank you so much. I hope you can get a nice loaf of freshly baked bread as well. Stay well!

You are welcome 👋🏻😊
I did bake bread but never a sourdough one, don’t have the starter. (Yet)
Time oh precious time. I know… wished we had more hours in a day sometimes.
Thanks, stay well too and have a wonderful new week!

Yes! More hours in a week would have been great right?

You should totally get one! If you have an established one, it is nearly indestructible (with all of your travels and such). It makes for the best breads ever!

We have already and again entered the weekend! I hope its a good one.

Yes, I wish for more hours everyday…

I know, will do. As I love to bake and sourdough is my favourite bread. I just have to settle a little so I can take to time to get organised. One does need to feed it and pay attention to it 😋

I know, time flies. Friday afternoon.
Let’s make it count!
I posted today about crossing the border to move 😎
Have a nice day 👋🏻😊

Oh yes for sure. Sourdough does not like to be rushed. It is a slow process, one you should always pay close attention to. It is rather poetic when you think about it! Yeast and bacteria battles of epic proportions; the slow rising; the smell; and the dough on your fingers! Love it. I seriously need to bake more.

In any case, good luck with that and hopefully you find some time to bake soon!

It is almost poetic indeed…
It sounds like you need to bake more 😁

Thank you kindly, let’s hope 🍀
Have a good evening!
