A few days ago I was kindly invited by @lightcaptured to take part in the TRAVEL CONTEST with the theme "My Favorite Travel Destination".

Actually it is the revival of an older project (some of you might remember it) that was paused a few months before the turbulent events that led to the birth of hive! You can participate with a simple comment to the contest's announcement post but I would like to honor this new beginning with a dedicated post and some unpublished pictures!
Now I don't know if Nafplion is THE most favorite destination of mine but it definitely is on the top five and it surely offers the whole package! First of all it has a castle and I am a sucker for old stone things! The old town is an architectural jewellery, there are amazing routes for walking in the town and around it and the sea is just wonderful for swimming. On top of that there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops if you feel the need for them. What more to ask for?

Sorry to hear :-( Is Greece open to 'outside' visitors right now or is it not going so well in Greece too? Here we'll have new restrictions - or at least they announced a press conference on Tuesday.

Greece is open to all European citizens and to some other countries but the last days a lot of the government's members reassure that there is not going to be another lock-down which is the exact same thing they did just before they announce the previous ones :)
