Hello friends photography lovers, today I want to share with you some photographs about a subject that I consider extremely relevant in my work. A high percentage of the photo shoots I am hired for have to do with maternity, since families want to portray the mother from the gestation of the baby, and then the baby when he/she is born. This has allowed me to experiment a lot with this type of photography since maternity photo shoots are part of my daily life.
Hola amigos amantes de la fotografía, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías sobre una temática que considero sumamente relevante en mi trabajo. Un alto porcentaje de las sesiones fotográficas para las que soy contratada tiene que ver con la maternidad, pues las familias desde la gestación del bebé quiere retratar a la madre, y luego al bebé cuando nace. Esto me ha permitido experimentar mucho con este tipo de fotografía ya que las sesiones fotográficas de embarazadas son parte de mí día a día.
Mostly I choose to work in outdoor spaces when it comes to pregnant women, I think they make a perfect combination, that beautiful curve product of the new life that is about to be born, I choose with the model spaces where they feel at ease as: parks, rivers, swimming pools, and if it is indoors I look for natural elements that are part of the scene as butterflies, even leaves that appear in the foreground out of focus.
Mayormente escojo trabajar en espacios al aire libre cuando se trata de mujeres embarazadas, pienso que hacen una combinación perfecta, esa hermosa curva producto de la nueva vida que está por nacer, escojo junto a la modelo espacios donde se sientan a gusto como: parques, ríos, piscinas, y si es en interiores busco elementos naturales que hagan parte de la escena como mariposas, incluso hojas que aparezcan en primer plano desenfocadas.
Many moms feel uncomfortable because of the weight of their belly, and even more because of the effects of pregnancy on the skin, stretch marks, the spots that appear as a result of hormonal changes, so I try to make them feel confident in the final result and I enjoy it as much as they do.
Muchas mamás se sienten incomodas por el peso de su barriga, y aún más por los efectos del embarazo en la piel, las estrías, las manchas que salen producto de los cambios hormonales, así que trato de que sientan confianza en el resultado final y disfruto tanto cómo ellas.
