Greetings to all photography enthusiasts and lovers of visual storytelling! I hope you are all doing very well and finding inspiration in the evolution of your own journeys. On this occasion, I want to share a couple of sunset photographs that I took during my very first steps as a photographer, back when my passion for capturing the world was just beginning to take shape.
Years ago, I didn't have the slightest idea about technical photography; I was simply a young person with a strange thirst for the aesthetics that surround us and an obsession with capturing that beauty in pictures. Following basic photography tips that appeared randomly to me in Instagram reels, I decided to start photographing mainly sunsets, like the ones you may see in the images. These photographies make it evident that I still had a lot of experience to gain, yet they remain very close to my heart because they represent my true beginnings in this art form.
Looking back at these shots, it is clear that the camera I used and my technique were not even ideal. I was still learning. However, despite those technical limitations, the undeniable beauty of the sunsets that nature grants us was successfully captured. There is a raw honesty in these early photos that reminds me why I fell in love with photography in the first place: the ability to freeze a fleeting moment of natural splendor forever.
Sharing these photos is a way to honor the process of growth. We all start somewhere, and it is often those first, imperfect attempts that fuel the discipline to improve. I still feel that same excitement today when the sky starts to change colors, but looking at these old files gives me a special sense of nostalgia and pride. I hope these images remind you that beauty is always there, waiting to be seen, regardless of the gear or the experience you have at the moment.
Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!
