Ciekawostka. Na fotografii zachodu słońca widać błąd matrycy znany jako "smear" - pionowe rozlewanie się jasnych pikseli od bardzo jasnego punktu obrazu (w tym wypadku słońca). To błąd charakterystyczny dla matryc CCD. Początkowo przygotowując wpis byłem zdziwiony, bo to jest zdjęcie z 2008 roku, kiedy już sprzedałem mój pierwszy aparat, Minoltę Z10 i używałem już lustrzanki Olympus E-300. Ale przecież - już o tym też zdążyłem zapomnieć - E-300, mimo że był lustrzanką, też używał matrycy CCD, a nie CMOS, tyle że odpowiednio większej fizycznie niż w aparatach kompaktowych. Dlatego też miał wyraźnie inną plastykę obrazu od lustrzanek Nikona i Canona.
Fun fact. In a sunset photo, you can see a matrix error known as "smear" - the vertical spreading of bright pixels from a very bright point in the image (in this case, the sun). This is an error typical of CCD matrices. Initially, when preparing the entry, I was surprised because it is a photo from 2008, when I had already sold my first camera, Minolta Z10, and was already using the Olympus E-300 SLR camera. But then - I had already forgotten about it - the E-300, even though it was a SLR, also used a CCD matrix, not a CMOS one, but physically larger than in compact cameras. Therefore, it had clearly different image look (very nice!) than Nikon and Canon SLR cameras.
