It just wont let you load it, does your computer meet the minimum requirements
CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support, 2 GHz or faster processor.
RAM: 2 GB.
HDD: 3.1 GB of storage space.
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or equivalent.
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 SP1.
Screen Resolution: 1280 x 800.
I know a friend got caught out on one upgrade of photoshop because of the requirement for 64 bit support
