Sublime and Beautiful Sunday

Good Morning and have a great day and let me take this chance to wish everyone a Happy New Year, with my Cardiac Stress test on the 19th and then waiting for results to see if I am cleared for surgery or need something else I cant say I am looking forward tot he new Year myself but hey trying to be positive that it will be a good year
With it being pretty cool here of recent I haven't got out for many photo walks, well any in the last week, and I did not want my camera to think I was deserting it so I grabbed it and popped down to the basement to do some creative and fun photography.
In this case it was using my light painting torch and tools and something called mcNugget Buddies.
McDonalds did a McDonald buddy thing I believe 25 years ago, but they just brought out a new one a week or two ago, called Frost way McNugget Boxes
you can get them with either Chicken McNuggets or a burger, and they come with these little toys
There are 6 of them in total and at the time I took these I only had three of them which will feature in this post, but since then I have bene given one more and got one more so have 5 of the 6 in the set
Lets start with one called Brrrick

they were designed i believe by someone called Kerwin Frost and each one of the toys comes with a little story about them.

Self-Proclaimed “Cool” Guy
As the most adventurous Buddy of Frost Way, he's cool, confident and energetic. He can be a bit devious to get the attention of others, but everything he does is with good intentions. Deep down he really just wants to be accepted.
this next Character is Uptown Moe for this shot I used a lensball and an acrylic writer on the torch

the toys actually come in three pieces the headwear, the clothing and feet and the McNugget shaped body and you can mix and match them up I guess which I haven't done as yet but who knows one day I may

Uptown Moe
The Local’s Local of Frost Way
As the town’s mascot, he wears the city on his sleeve. Direct and naturally funny, he has a supportive nature that brings all of the Buddies together, especially for special occasions.

and I should say no I haven't been going crazy eating McDonalds all the time to get these toys I have only bought one box for myself, but the grandkids have wanted Mcd's a couple of times over the last two weeks :)

What fun haha You should help McDonalds with their promotions. I worked at a McDonalds for a bit in high school. They introduced the McNugget while I was working there lol But the Happy Meal has been around even longer.
it is fun doing somehting different, I now have the whole set, well less the golden nugget so will do some more shots like these sometime

thanks so much, and yes I am trying to stay positive, i actually after my VR workout this morning, noticed my heart rate only peaked at 135 and i know for the Cardiac stress test they will take it up to 160 or so so I did some jogging onthe spot for five minutes and got my heart rate up to 158 and felt fine so semi confident the stress test will go well
