"Fuente de Petroleos" is one of the best photo spots in Mexico City to capture light trails of vehicles. Here you'll find a viewing platform from which you can watch masses of cars making their way along a six-lane road through the skyscraper canyons near the district of Polanco.

"Fuente de Petroleos" ist einer der besten Fotospots in Mexico City, um Lichtspuren von Fahrzeugen einzufangen. Hier findet man eine Ausichtsplattform, von der man beobachten kann, wie sich massenhaft Autos auf einer sechsspurigen Straße durch die Hochhaus-Schluchten nahe des Stadtteils Polanco schlängeln.

Here I also used my new light bulb for the first time and photographed it lying in a puddle to get some reflections. For the post-processing of the two pictures I chose a dark look to make the orange of the light trails and the light bulb stand out as much as possible.

Hier brachte ich auch meine neue Glühbirne erstmals zum Einsatz und fotografierte sie in einer Pfütze liegend, um Reflexionen zu erhalten. Für die Nachbearbeitung der beiden Fotos wählte ich einen dunklen Look, um das Orange der Lichtspuren sowie der Glühbirne möglichst stark hervorstechen zu lassen.
