RE: Solar Eclipse Photographs

I got to see the 2017 eclipse with my mother, and neither of us had seen an eclipse before. We were suitably amazed, and I remember the very strange shadows cast by the leaves of trees by the annulus of light near totality, crescent shaped and shimmering. I am very glad you got to enjoy it and take some great pics to refresh your memory far into the future. You are kind to share them with us.

Thanks!

Thank you for the kind words my friend!

I'm happy this eclipse sparked nostalgic memories for your 2017 eclipse experience with your mother, and you describe the memory very well. For me the totality moment had an 'earth stood still' feeling that was both eerie and also breathtaking in a cool way.
