Nowadays, people see photos as something very common, taking selfies or anything around. In my opinion, I could say that the world of photography is an art, since taking a picture is capturing or freezing a moment lived in which you can see again and remember (or cry) depending on the experience.
As I have told you in my previous posts, after the quarantine boom, I had the experience of riding a bicycle in which I was surrounded by diverse landscapes and beautiful views that was irresistible not to capture it, each photo reminded me of the beauty of nature or the satisfaction I felt while riding. From that moment on I felt more attracted to photography and how I should take them and how to edit them afterwards.
Al principio no sabía de ángulos, ni colores, ni en cómo tomar una foto en modo manual con el móvil, solo apuntaba en dirección a donde quería capturar el paisaje y listo, ni si quiera enfocaba primero. Intente con varias aplicaciones para editarlas pero sentía que no se veían del todo bien, como cualquier inexperto en el tema de fotografía, le colocaba los colores muy intensos o a veces tomaba las fotos, así que decidí aprender por mi cuenta y ver tutoriales sobre lo más básico, puedo decir que me tome muchos días viendo videos sobre las cosas básicas y esenciales.
At the beginning I didn't know about angles, colors, or how to take a picture in manual mode with my cell phone, I just pointed in the direction where I wanted to capture the landscape and that was it, I didn't even focus first. I tried with several applications to edit them but I felt that they did not look quite right, like any inexperienced in the subject of photography, I put the colors too intense or sometimes took the photos, so I decided to learn on my own and watch tutorials on the basics, I can say that I took many days watching videos on the basic and essential things.
Al poco tiempo sentía que estaba dando resultados, comparaba mis primeras fotos con las actuales y si veía bastante diferencia, inclusive le decía a mis amistades para tomarle fotos de retratos y la verdad es que se veían muy bien, cada foto que subía a las redes me las pedían o me las robaban (en el buen sentido) y eso me hacía sentir muy porque sabía que estaba tomando fotos de calidad. Me preguntaban si de verdad mi móvil o cuál era la aplicación que usaba.
After a while I felt that I was giving results, I compared my first photos with the current ones and I saw a big difference, I even told my friends to take portrait photos and the truth is that they looked great, every photo I uploaded to the networks they asked me for them or they stole them (in a good way) and that made me feel very good because I knew I was taking quality photos. They would ask me if it was really my cell phone or what was the app I was using.
Pues bien, en mi opinión esta es la mejor aplicación gratis actualmente para hacer tus ediciones, es nada más y menos que Adobe Lightroom, siento que esta aplicación es bastante sencilla de utilizar y también funciona muy bien, la he estado utilizando alrededor desde hace dos años y no he tenido ningún problema en editar cualquier foto que he tomado. Desde que aprendí a tomar fotos y editarlas muchos de mis amigos ciclistas me decían que les tomara foto en plena ruta o las fotos grupales porque me decían “el fotógrafo” del grupo. Varias de las fotos que he tomado al grupo de ciclistas las han subido a las redes y han tenido buena receptividad.
Well, in my opinion this is the best free app currently to make your edits, it is none other thanAdobe Lightroom, I feel that this app is quite simple to use and also works very well, I have been using it for around two years now and have had no problem editing any photo I have taken. Ever since I learned how to take pictures and edit them many of my cycling friends would tell me to take pictures of them on the road or group pictures because they would call me "the photographer" of the group. Several of the photos I have taken of the group of cyclists have been uploaded to the networks and have been well received.
Actualmente sigo aprendiendo y nutriéndome sobre cosas nuevas de la fotografía, aún no tengo una cámara digital pero sigo tomando muy buenas fotos con el móvil. También he estado haciendo videos y editándolos para pronto subirlos a YouTube, es mi pensado en un futuro cercano. Tengo uno video listo sobre el día que repartimos más de 1000 arepas en bicicleta a personas de situación de calle o para el que la necesite y así alegrarle el día, de verdad que fue una muy bonita experiencia
Currently I'm still learning and nurturing myself about new things in photography, I still don't have a digital camera but I'm still taking very good pictures with my cell phone. I've also been making videos and editing them to upload them soon to YouTube, it's my thought in the near future. I have a video ready about the day we delivered more than 1000 arepas by bicycle to people in street situations or for those who need it to brighten up their day, it was a really nice experience.
He descubierto que me encantan las fotos paisajes, para ser más exacto, las fotos de atardeceres y mar, siento que ese combo de estar atardeciendo y el mar haciendo su función como espejo, me parece que es unas de las fotos que generan bastante paz y que dan gusto verlas por un rato, ojo es mi opinión y gusto, no negare que también las fotos donde salga bastante vegetación me gustan también, esas donde se pueden percibir montañas como si fuera un lugar bastante distante, alejado de la civilización, donde todo es calma y solo con el sonido de la naturaleza, que mientras las estoy tomando puedo sentir el aire puro entrar a mis pulmones, es bonita sensación y que en el momento te haces la pregunta de que “¿por qué no había venido antes?”.
I have discovered that I love landscape photos, to be more exact, the photos of sunsets and sea, I feel that this combo of the sunset and the sea doing its function as a mirror, it seems to me that it is one of the photos that generate enough peace and that give pleasure to see them for a while, eye is my opinion and taste, I will not deny that I also like the photos where there is a lot of vegetation, those where you can perceive mountains as if it were a quite distant place, away from civilization, where everything is calm and only with the sound of nature, while I'm taking them I can feel the fresh air entering my lungs, it's nice feeling and at the time you ask yourself the question "why I had not come here before? ".
Por esa misma razón me ha encanto rodar bicicleta y tomar fotos, siento que al rodar e irme lejos de toda la civilización, me hace sentir que estoy vivo y que hay buenos lugares para visitar, he podido conocer nuevas personas, nuevos lugares, nuevas vistas; vistas que no hubiese contemplado si no fuera agarrado la bicicleta e irme a rodar con mis amigos. Aprendí que no es solo irte y alejarte, es mucho más que eso, es irte y relajarte, disfrutar de vistas a cada momento, sentir el aire en la cara, escuchar por los audífonos tu canción favorita y despejar la mente de los problemas por un buen rato, se podría decir que es hasta terapéutico, decirle a tus amistades para salir a rodar e ir a la aventura y ponerse de objetivo una meta o llegada, sin dejar de mencionar que tu cuerpo al mismo tiempo se está ejercitando y que cada día te sientes mejor contigo mismo.
For that same reason I have loved riding my bike and taking pictures, I feel that riding and going away from civilization makes me feel that I am alive and that there are good places to visit, I have been able to meet new people, new places, new sights; sights that I would not have seen if I had not taken the bike and went riding with my friends. I learned that it's not just going and getting away, it's much more than that, it's going and relaxing, enjoying the views at every moment, feeling the air on your face, listening to your favorite song through the headphones and clearing your mind of problems for a while, you could say it's even therapeutic, telling your friends to go out and ride and going on an adventure and setting a goal or finish line, not to mention that your body is exercising at the same time and that every day you feel better about yourself.
Ya para culminar quiero decirte que deberías hacer lo que te gusta y que salgas un rato de la rutina en la que vives, que te des un tiempo para ti y que puedas disfrutarlo, no importa que no sepas, puedes investigar en cómo hacerlo, la idea es que te guste y que hagas algo diferente, aprovecha mientras puedas porque el tiempo no retrocede.
Now to finish I want to tell you that you should do what you like and get out of the routine in which you live for a while, give yourself some time for you and enjoy it, it doesn't matter if you don't know how to do it, you can investigate how to do it.
