La primera vez que visité la ciudad de Málaga recuerdo que lo primero que vi al bajar del barco y fue una pancarta con la frase "si te sientes de Málaga, eres malagueño".
Y ahí comienza mi historia en esta hermosa ciudad a la que llaman "Málaga la bella" y no les falta razón.
The first time I visited the city of Malaga, I remember that the first thing I saw when getting off the boat was a banner with the phrase "if you feel like Malaga, you're from Malaga."
And that's where my story begins in this beautiful city that they call "Malaga la bella" and they are right.
Y hoy, cuando he tenido que acudir por trabajo al centro he recordado cómo me sentía los primeros días cuando acudía a la facultad, pensando en los nuevos compañeros, acordándome mucho de mi familia (que por aquel entonces estaba en Melilla) y echando mucho de menos a mi perrita Noa.
And today, when I had to go to the center for work, I remembered how I felt the first days when I went to the faculty, thinking about the new colleagues, remembering a lot about my family (who at that time was in Melilla) and throwing in a lot of less to my dog Noa.
Ya están con los preparativos para las luces de Navidad, ¡menuda ilusión!
Málaga se llena de luces y es un decorado espectacular. Si buscas en google puedes ver el decorado tan bonito que colocan en Calle Larios por esas fechas.

Al fondo de esta foto, se encuentra el puerto donde cada día atraca el barco que viene de Melilla.

En esta foto podéís contemplar la famosa "manquita", es una catedral situada en el centro de Málaga y que debe ese nombre a la falta de construcción de una de sus torres. Su nombre real es "la Catedral de la Encarnación de Málaga". Es la mayor joya arquitectónica de la ciudad y los malagueños se sienten muy orgullosos de ella. Es un símbolo. Debido a que era una obra de gran envergadura, fue la falta de financiación la causante de que quedara incompleta.
Algunos dicen que es debido a que el dinero que en un principio se iba destinar a este templo, se entregó para la causa de Independencia de los Estados Unidos.

Este es el hotel Málaga Palacio situado en pleno Centro Histórico. En este hotel puedes subir a la planta más alta y disfrutar de un sabroso mojito (o la bebida que tú quieras, yo soy fan de los mojitos) mientras tienes literalmente Málaga a tus pies. Las vistas son espectaculares desde la planta más alta del edificio.
Se crea un ambiente muy bueno y es un plan perfecto de viernes o sábado noche.

¿Y qué me decís de esta majestuosidad? Ahí se encuentran los Montes de Piedad de Unicaja, un sitio donde las personas pueden empeñar sus joyas de oro pagando un interés y lo puedes recuperar devolviendo el importe prestado en su momento con ellos más los intereses en un tiempo determinado, normalmente, es un año.
También se encuentra la Diputación Provincial.
