The runner cards are just the first of many use cases for STARPRO.
Having a card that allows you to finish a 1 hour mission was something we thought about however it allows people to earn a lot more STARBITS so the price for the card and for it's use would have to be so high that it would be hard to get enough STARPRO to buy them. The main thing we want to avoid is increasing STARBITS inflation with anything we do with STARPRO.
