0400hrs… alarm goes off! Now for me this is a sleep in due to waking up for work during the weeks at 0230hrs every day so i wake uo refreshed but… its still time to get caffeinated with that delicious instant coffee/milo combo you adore just before the little one wakes… 😂☕️
On the road by 0500hrs and there is a decent amount of traffic for this time of the morning, not enough to affect oue journey but enough to be surprising
Arrived at Brightwater parkrun with a noce view of the lake, its a bit fresh but looks like the westher could be great for a pram
As we watched mummy cross the finish line it was time to think about our breakfast and coffee options
Waiting for expo opening time so took the boy for a walk
Finished the day off at the Babe and Bump expo at Sippy Downs
