Heavy Defoliation

Hi All,

Today I did heavy defoliation. Some are for it and some are not...

For me, it helps me see the bottom of the plants to catch issues early...like herms. Also, the lower part of the plant gets more light. Last reason I defoliate; the soil gets more light at the top, so it dries faster, preventing mold and larvae from forming.
