Today was the day we first tasted it. I made some kiisseli and made a bit of whipped cream with a bit of my vanilla extract. The whipped cream was real good.

I definitely recommend that you purchase some extremely overpriced vanilla extract.
Seriously I recommend making your own. I also got one from a friend as a present, the present-one was made in whisky. We'll need to wait and see if the one made in whisky is better than the vodka one.
