1.Chicken cut into small pieces - 1/2 kilo

Salt
Chat masala - 1/2 Tbs
Red Chilli Flakes 1.2 Tbs
Gram flour - 3 Tbs
Rice Flour - 2 Tbs
Corn flour - 3 Tbs
Vinger - 2 tbs
Soya Sauce - 2 Tbs
Mix and marinate for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes
3.Heat oil and fry chicken pieces till crispy, add curry leaves and green chilies
