There are a dilemma about the technological access to the child. Most of the parents are confused about when should they give their children access to the technologies and how.
There are both positive and negative impacts of technology to the physical and mental health of th children.
Some parents give early access to their children with smart phone and computer. It creates many problems to the children as it is building unsocial behaviours on them.
And some other parents don't want to give any access to the recent technologies to their child that making them lagged behind.
So what should be the perfect timing to allow them for some devices and at how extents?
